Suggestions for set-up: 

• Create a dimly-lit, quiet space for yourself to lay down perhaps with a cozy blanket and a pillow under the knees to alleviate any lower back pressure.  
• Use earbuds or headphones to enhance the experience. 
• Have some water nearby to flush the system.
• And perhaps a journal to note any visions, guidance, or sensations you experience.
