1 session provides temporary relief. 4 sessions support lasting shifts in one's energy field. Learn foundational techniques to help yourself clear and rebalance the way you feel and respond to life. 4~ 60-90 minute sessions includes: Session 1: Learning the fundamental importance of relaxation. Session 2: Practice allowing emotions to flow through you. Session 3: How to release energies and ground. Session 4: Establishing a positive mindset with gratitude.

Cancellation Policy

Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. If cancellations occur within 24 hours, your deposit will be forfeited.
