Start the New Year balanced and aligned in this unique workshop with bonus healing energies! Join us on a 2 1/2 hour journey of healing, clearing, and restoration that combines restorative yoga, meditation, sound therapy, and Reiki while we explore and align all seven chakras. This chakra restorative class will take you through each of the seven energy centers: what they are and how they effect us. Relax, reconnect, and rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit while letting go of what no longer serves you and setting intentions for the new year. Juliet Guisasola (E-RYT 500) will guide you through your journey while Kiki Matoba (Reiki Master and healer) will explain energy healing and give Reiki to every participant.
