Join us on a 2 1/2 hour journey of healing, clearing, and restoration that combines restorative yoga, meditation, sound therapy, and Reiki while we explore and align all seven chakras. This chakra restorative class will take you through each of the seven energy centers: what they are and how they effect us. Relax, reconnect, and rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit while letting go of what no longer serves you and setting intentions for the new year. Juliet Guisasola (E-RYT 500) will guide you through your journey while Kiki Matoba (Reiki Master and healer) will explain energy healing and give Reiki to every participant.

Juliet Guisasola is an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance known for her playful and mindful approach to yoga. She is the founder and creator of The BEaUtiful Warriors: a yoga empowerment class for preteen and teen girls. She specializes in pre/postnatal yoga, vinyasa, hatha, yin and restorative classes, and is also certiied in pilates, barre and TRX. She is available for private, group and corporate classes. Reiki Master Kiki Matoba has extensive experience with giving Reiki in yoga classes along with giving hundreds of healings to individuals. She not only uses the healing modality of Reiki but also incorporates light work, sound, crystals and aromatherapy.
